I wish to find out from CORSA counties the number of buildings they maintain and total square footage as well as the number of skilled trades maintenance staff and number of non-skilled custodial staff. Richland County has a total of 202 buildings totaling 1,208,792 square feet Deducting the buildings that have their own maintenance staffs leaves the following under the Commissioners: 129 Buildings - 743,753 square feet - 1 Maintenance Superintendent & 6 Maintenance Technicians We have no custodial staff. We use a contract cleaning company. We have 14 major buildings for a total square foot. Of 187960. If you include all the other storage bldgs. and stuff it's 26 bldgs. At 207119. We have 1 skilled maintenance person.
