Hi Emily and everyone, Erie County also does not have a formal policy re: ID badges however, HR staff lead by example in wearing their badges. We also just purchased an ID Badge system (housed in HR) and provide badges to all new employees under the Commissioners. As we are in the process of reviewing policies, language may be added to require and/or "strongly encourage" the wearing of badges.
