We do not have a software program but I am eagerly following the responses as this is something we are starting to discuss. Does everyone that does have the programs find that the personal touch has been lost and that employees have more issues or are they satisfied? Logan County is in CEBCO. We use BenefitSolver. We have looked at Employee Navigator, but haven't pursued it because it doesn't interface with anything. All data must be manually entered and then entered again manually into the vendor's portal. We don't have enough staff to do all of this manual work.
