You will learn:  How to develop a training program customized to the needs of your organization;  About information and resources for creating or improving a powered industrial truck operator training program;  How to write an outline for the classroom portion of your organization’s forklift training. After this course, you will be able to:  Explain and interpret 29 CFR 1910.178;  Develop an outline of a powered industrial truck training program. How you will be assessed:  Satisfactory participation during instructor-led and student-centered exercises;  And/or an end of course test using provided materials.
