Commissioners' Resolution to Initiate Workers Comp Charge-Backs
To all counties who charge-back workers comp premiums to your departments based upon claims experience: Ashland County wants to start charge-backs based upon claims experience in 2018 and needs a sample Commissioners' Resolution to initiate the charge-backs. They have the CompManagement study, and have held a meeting with all the elected officials to discuss the calculations. Now the Commissioners need to draft a Resolution, and would like to see how other Commissioners have worded their Resolution to implement charge-backs. Anyone willing to share their Resolution with Ashland county, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Beth Elizabeth G. Miller, Esq. Guernsey County does not do this. We "charge-back" based on the percentage rate of the premium charged for that particular year.
