Richlad County operates a jail release progarm. One officer brings 3 to 4 guys out every day. They do things like outdoor clean-up, seed whacking, littler control, washing Sheriff vehicles. They do a lot of work for the townships in our county. We cover them for Workers' Comp but rarely have a claim.
