We have a member county that is exploring whether to contract a vendor for multifactor authentication/dual factor authentication for the use of hardware tokens/fobs/etc. and is designed to further ensure county users' logins are indeed the correct users' logins. To assist with assessing vendor proposals, particularly cost, the member would like to know the experience of other counties if you're able and willing to share.
