Frank, Warren County has been using OnBase for some time now. We also keep paper records. Our IT department manages the security and so forth. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide you with a cost for this. We have a lot of departments that use OnBase for their records. One day we hope to be all digital storage. We are primarily paper. Our JFS keeps theirs through the state's system but the rest of the county is still paper. We have talked about going digital but have not done serious research into it. On Wed, Jun 9, 2021 at 1:25 PM Rob Slane <Rob.Slane@madison.oh.gov> wrote:

Miami is in the middle of an implementation with UKG (Kronos). Target August 1 to beta test with new hires, then full employee group by October 1. The challenge will be scanning all of the existing paper records. As we can operate using a dual system, though not ideal, the scanning project is secondary for now. Angela M.
