My question is regarding a road viewing of a Township Road. Do the Commissioners need to be in session while looking at a road that is wanted to be vacated or changed or can Commissioners go and look at the location with out any discussion and then hold a public hearing for concerns the same day. Please let me know if you have any information on this subject. We set time and date for the viewing and the Commissioners go out but do not have any discussion until the hearing. We just note in our indexes the date and time of the viewing.
