Hi Mindy, While we don't address this in our policies, our Meadows (Care Facility) Maintenance Supervisor shared the dryer maintenance/inspection schedule he follows: * Maintenance schedule on the dryers is on a monthly basis * We take the covers off and clean all lint from inside and inspect * We check vents on roof at that time and clean if necessary. * On the washers, we also do a visual inspection for leaks, and bearings are greased on a monthly basis * On a quarterly schedule, we run a chimney brush through the vent duct work for the dryers * We also keep logs on all of it.
