We had a member reach out to CORSA to see if there were any other members that have purchasing manuals that address departmental spending without formal procurement procedures. For example, they currently allow departments to spend up to $1,000 without quotes. They are considering raising the $1,000 to $2,500 and would like to see what other member Counties are doing.
