Good Morning: Warren County is looking to see what other Counties are doing when an employee has run out of Emergency Paid Sick leave under FFCRA and is required to quarantine a second time. Are you paying Administrative Paid Leave or requiring the employee to use their own leave? We have had multiple situations where employees have had multiple quarantines. We primarily try to have the employee work from home if that is a possibility. However, we have positions that are unable to work from home. We have had several employees use up the 80 hours of emergency sick leave under FFCRA and are required to have another quarantine. These have not been back to back, these were separate times. In these situations we have had the employee use sick leave once the emergency paid sick leave was exhausted.
