Richland County: Our starting wage is $10.85 per hour for all deputy clerks no matter what their position is. The range is them from $10.85 to a 20 year deputy clerk making $18.72 per hour. We have a union staff so our wages are negotiated each year. There is no pay level that is a part of the bargaining unit agreement.
