Butler County utilizes a county administrator and the organizational chart for member counties with an administrator would be particularly enlightening (how many assistant or deputies there are the administrator would be of particular interest). No doubt some counties in CORSA do not have an administrator, but those smaller counties have, no doubt, found efficient ways to arrange their governmental services in the commissioners office which make it easier for them to provide service.
